Blossom Montessori School is seeking an experienced and passionate Toddler Guide (18 months–3 years) to lead our established Toddler environment for the 2026–2027 academic year.

Blossom Montessori School is an AMI-aligned Montessori community serving children from 18 months to 12 years old. We are committed to fostering independence, curiosity, and a love of learning within a respectful and joyful environment. Our classrooms are thoughtfully prepared, fully equipped with Montessori materials, and supported by a collaborative and dedicated team. We value strong partnerships with families and we use Transparent Classroom to support communication and documentation of student progress.

We are looking for a Guide who embodies Montessori philosophy and is committed to supporting the intellectual, social, and emotional development of children in the first plane of development

The ideal candidate demonstrates:

• Diploma: AMI Assistant to Infancy.
• Commitment to Montessori philosophy and child-centered education.
• Strong leadership, communication, organization, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work collegially within a professional team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Early Childhood Education (ECE) Diploma considered an asset.
• Up-to-date immunization record.
• Police Vulnerable Sector Check (issued within 6 months of hiring date).
• Standard First Aid/CPR Level C.
• Bilingual English - French is an asset.
